Our Thrive at Work team are looking for a pro-active Programme Support Officer to join their team on a fixed term basis until June 2022 (secondment arrangements will be considered)

As Programme Support Officer, you will support the Thrive at Work team with high level administration and project support activities.  This role will involve speaking to people over the phone, diary management, managing a shared email inbox, preparing and updating documents, website maintenance and support with event management

What you will be doing

  • Promote the Thrive at Work programme and provide information and support to potential and registered organisations on the programme
  • Provide a high standard of customer service to employers signed up to the programme, staff and stakeholders
  • Support the accreditation team to promote achievements of the programme assisting with producing case studies and marketing materials
  • Lead on setting up of workshops, engagement marketing and promotion, dealing with bookings and registration, taking notes and actions
  • Prepare and submit Thrive at Work project reports and statistics, including the wider Midland Engine Mental Health Productivity Pilot reporting figures
  • Manage work stream and project documentation in accordance with agreed processes ensuring project plans, documentation and databases are kept up to date

About you

We are looking for someone who is confident when speaking on the phone and has experience in supporting and coordinating projects or programmes.

Our ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running and provide high levels of customer service to stakeholders and staff.  You will also need:

  • The ability to use your initiative and find solutions to problems as they arise
  • Good customer service skills and be able to build good working relationships
  • To be confident when speaking to potential and existing registered organisations over the phone
  • The ability to manage your time effectively, good organisation skills and be able to meet deadlines
  • Intermediate/Advanced IT skills be able to use MS Word packages and be confident in learning new systems quickly
  • A keen interest in health and wellbeing in the workplace
