About this Event
Our one, two or three day courses offer the ideal mix of theory and practice, ensuring you develop a sound working knowledge of LiDAR hardware and software; and learn how to get started on your journey to generating, recording and interpreting point clouds for robotics, surveying and autonomous systems.
Basic Course (one day) – 28 April – £300 Early Bird Offer: £250
Providing an overview of LiDAR uses, applications, limitations, specifications through presentations and demos.
Aimed at decision makers & project managers.
No experience of LiDAR required.
Intermediate Course (two days) – 29 & 30 April – £750 Early Bird Offer: £650
Touching on 2D, 3D and high resolution LiDAR, code environments, LiDAR in ROS, integrating systems, live & post processed applications. Aimed at engineers, developers, technologists and researchers.
Some knowledge of Python and/or C++ beneficial. Some experience of 2D LiDAR necessary.
