About this Event

Join us at the Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery to celebrate the city of tomorrow!

Our one-day hands-on exposition into the technologies and science that will contribute to future smart city life, including autonomous robots, self-driving cars, as well as the latest ideas in sustainable living.

You’ll get involved with a mixture of demonstrations, hands-on workshops and public lectures will be presented by research engineers in the fields of artificial intelligence, robotics, machine vision, transport, logistics, energy, sustainability and telecommunications.

While the event will be open to all, the primary audience is secondary-school age children, who are the ones who will have to live in the city of tomorrow.

Free public transport to the event is available for qualifying schools courtesy of CityFest sponsor Transport for West Midlands.
