This competition will be in two phases – the purpose of this briefing is as an Expression of Interest, and will be later followed by the Full Scale Project competition launched in March 2022. Participation in the Expression of Interest is required for projects with likely costs in excess of £50K, however for projects under £50K an open special drawing rights strand will be available that does not require participation in the Expression of Interest.
