Ashok Leyland and Aiddrivers, a UK provider of AI-powered autonomous solutions, announced a collaboration between the two companies to design and develop new, cleaner and greener autonomous vehicles, to meet industry needs for a sustainable future. Waymo, J.B. Hunt expand tie-up to commercialize autonomous trucking technology
U.S. truck operator J.B. Hunt Transport Services and Alphabet, (NASDAQ:) Inc’s self-driving unit Waymo, are expanding their alliance in order to establish fully autonomous trucking operations within Texas over the coming years, they announced. Knowledge transfer partnerships (KTP): 2021 to 2022, round 5 – UK registered academic institutions, RTOs or Catapults can apply for a share of up to £8 million to fund innovation projects with businesses or not-for-profits.
